Megasort SX
Our MegaSort SX, Sliding Shoe Sorter is the latest addition to our sortation series and is specifically designed to cater small to medium product with close outlet pitch of 900mm* allowing more outlet lanes in a limited space environment.
It provides dual-sided sortation of up to 10,000 cases per hour*. The rubberized "shoes" glide effortlessly across robust anodized aluminium slats and gently push the carton diagonally at 45 degrees into designated outlets for further handling. The number of shoes activated varies according to the length of each product.

Megasort SS7
Our MegaSort SS7, Sliding Shoe Sorter one of our sortation series and is capable of sorting products such as totes or cartons of varying sizes.
It provides dual-sided sortation of up to 10,000 cases per hour*. The rubberized "shoes" glide effortlessly across robust anodized aluminium slats and gently push the carton diagonally at 20 Degree or 30 degree for product weight up to 50kg/m into designated outlets for further handling. The number of shoes activated varies according to the length of each product.
